Information we collect

• Account information from Google Sign-In, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.
• Workspace content you create or upload, including prompts, projects, images, videos, files, and generation history.
• Usage and technical information, including request logs, device/browser details, IP address, timestamps, errors, and storage usage.
• Billing information if paid plans are enabled; payment details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored directly by Motion16.

How we use information

• To authenticate you and keep your workspace tied to your account.
• To provide generation, editing, stitching, storage, and account features.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve reliability.
• To communicate with you about support, product updates, billing, or security issues.

AI providers and processors

Motion16 may send prompts, uploaded files, and related generation settings to AI, storage, infrastructure, analytics, and payment providers as needed to operate the service. These providers process data on our behalf or according to their own terms where applicable.

Data retention

We keep account, project, media, and log data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or security needs, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. You can delete projects and stored workspace content from the product where those controls are available.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Motion16 data. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.

Your choices

• You can sign out of Motion16 at any time.
• You can manage Motion16's Google account access from your Google Account settings.
• You can request account or data help by contacting us.
