These terms govern your use of Motion16, an AI image, video, and stitch workspace operated by Upbuilder. By using Motion16, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must use accurate account information and keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Motion16 for illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive activity.
- Do not upload or generate sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content, or content that exploits or harms people.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, rate limits, access controls, or account restrictions.
- Do not use Motion16 to impersonate others, mislead viewers, or violate third-party rights.
Your content
You retain rights you have in prompts, uploads, and outputs, subject to these terms and any provider terms that apply. You grant Motion16 the rights needed to host, process, transform, transmit, display, and store your content to operate the service.
AI outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them and for complying with laws and third-party rights.
Service changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, models, providers, or plans. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms are violated or the service is at risk.
Disclaimers
Motion16 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion16 and Upbuilder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
