Motion16 is a general-audience creative service. These rules apply to prompts, uploads, generated media, edits, videos, and attempts to use the service.
Do not use Motion16 for
- Pornography, sexually explicit content, fetish content, or other mature content designed for sexual gratification, including AI-generated images, videos, or text.
- Any sexual content involving minors or people presented as minors.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, trafficking, or attempts to sexualize a real person without consent.
- Illegal activity, instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing, or content that promotes unlawful violence or harm.
- Hateful abuse or unlawful discrimination targeting protected characteristics.
- Fraud, impersonation, deceptive media intended to mislead, fake identity documents, or manipulated evidence.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
- Malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to bypass security, moderation, quotas, or access controls.
Reference media
Only upload media you have the right and permission to use. Do not upload private, intimate, medical, financial, or identifying material belonging to another person without a valid reason and authorization.
Enforcement
Motion16 can reject requests, remove media, limit or suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, and report activity when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, provider requirements, or service integrity. Automated systems can make mistakes; contact support if you believe a request was incorrectly blocked.
To report abuse or appeal a content decision, email support@motion16.com with the project identifier and a concise explanation. Do not email sensitive source media.
