Refund and Cancellation Policy

Motion16 sells recurring access to digital AI generation capacity. This policy explains renewal, cancellation, and when a refund can be considered.

Automatic renewal

Starter and Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month or year, according to the interval displayed at checkout, until canceled. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout states otherwise. Taxes may apply.

Canceling renewal

You can cancel renewal from Motion16 Settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access until that date, and no further renewal charge is made.

Refund requests

Because generation capacity and provider resources can be consumed immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once used, except where required by law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, an unauthorized transaction, an incorrect plan charge, or a material technical failure that prevented use of the purchased service.

How to request help

Email support@motion16.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, charge date, amount, and a concise description. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time varies.

Failed generations

A refused, moderated, canceled, or failed generation does not automatically entitle a subscription refund. Motion16 may restore usage capacity where the service recorded an eligible provider or platform failure.

Disputes

Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate promptly. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
